Why travel to Sri Lanka ?

It is easy see why Sri Lanka is called the "Wonder of Asia" – it offers a perfect blend of South Asian culture.

 

They are known for their substantial tea and cinnamon exports all around the Globe, for their rich biodiversity and for their awe-inspiring natural wonders.

 

Being surrounded by the Indian ocean, it boasts some of the most astounding and endless beaches, timeless historical monuments, welcoming and loving people and most importantly flavorful food and aromatic tea!

Food
Sri Lanka uses spices, sea food and lots of local food to create unique dishes that you'll want to make at home. Their dishes pop with flavour, spice and they love snacking. Not to mention, when you feel like indulging, you can always depend on finding some deep-fried foods.
Culture
Sri Lanka is a land of great cultural diversity. Tamil and Sinhalese are the 2 main traditional cultures that are being celebrated in Lanka, going back to more than 2,500 years.

What is the national language ?

The main languages spoken in Sri Lanka are Tamil and Sinhala which originate from India and other parts of East Asia. Majority of the country speaks English too, specifically the capital city of Colombo.
