Program Details

Our programs are open to anyone with a passion to travel with a purpose. The program is designed for you to experience giving back to the local community, while uniquely exploring new destination, and making life long friendships.

The application process is simple. Before you start, make sure to go through our informative Trip Manual and our Terms. Once you're ready, simply click "Book Now" and pay a deposit to reserve your seat. Our team will be in touch with you from that point on for further instructions and guidance with your application.

Day 1: Sunday

  • 18:00 - 18:30: Welcome induction
  • 18:30-20:00: Welcoming dinner

Accommodations

All the accommodations are in the most vibrant parts of Kathmandu. The rooms will be shared on gender basis in a 3 star accommodation.

Meals

Nepali cuisine comprises a variety of cuisines based upon ethnicity, soil and climate relating to Nepal's cultural diversity and geography.

The goal is to support education by enabling a suitable environment with the required facilities for schools. This trip will focus on supporting education through Construction, and will include building the foundation with cement, concrete and blocks, as well as drawing art on the walls.

STUDENT5 :  5% off for students (Student ID must be provided as proof, otherwise discount is not applicable)

GROUP5 :  5% for each member of a group of 3 or more (if less than 3, discount is not applicable)

  • Kindly ensure to follow our policies regarding our discount codes
  • More than one discount cannot be used in the same transaction
  • Discounts are not applicable to add-ons, such as 5-Star & 4-Star hotel upgrade or additional touristic activities
  • Credit card service charge applies to online transactions
  1. It's important that you visit a health practitioner and inform them about your travel plans for health-related recommendations. We also recommend travellers to take anti-mosquito measures (insect repellent, wear long-sleeved tops & bottoms).
  2. Finally, please remember that booking flights is your responsibility. We recommend to search for flights with Skyscanner. You can read more about exact dates you should book your flights, how to send them to us etc. in our Trip Manual.
  3. Applicants who cancel their participation in the volunteering program may be subject to the following charges:
    • For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the program, the applicant will be refunded for 25% of the total trip package price.
    • For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the program, the applicant will be refunded for 50% of the total trip package price.
    • For cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the commencement of the program, the applicant will be refunded for 75% of the total trip package price.
